Here we have created a list of our most frequently asked questions from our wonderful customers in relation to our products enabling you to have a quick and helpful answer from us. However, no question is too big or small and if there is something else then please contact us using the form located at the bottom of this page.

 

How do I know which size collar to go for?

Please see our Size and How to guide page which has a visual image of the correct way to measure your dog for our collars. Although you may have a small, medium or large dog breed, no dog is the same (even within the breeds!) and we therefore would strongly recommend for you to please check your sizing before ordering. It is important to ensure your dog will feel comfortable when wearing it and to keep them safe.

 

Are the products machine washable?

The collars, bandanas & leads can all be machine washed at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees.

Please do not wash the bows and instead use a dry brush to brush any residue and dirt gently from the product and then spot clean with a cloth.

 

Can I return my order for an exchange/refund?

Yes you can! We appreciate it can be difficult to get it right first time with sizing and so you will have 28 days from purchase to return/exchange the item with us by sending the product(s) back in their original condition and packaging. Please include a note of your name, order number and if you would like a refund or exchange.

We should mention that if you are exchanging for a larger size, then there may be a fee to pay. We will be in touch if this is the case.

It doesn't need to be sent back in the original packaging, but it does need to be in its original condition and well packaged to protect it in transit.

We are unable to refund or exchange a bespoke item as they are made uniquely for you.

 

Bespoke Orders

Please allow a turnaround time with our made to measure, bespoke orders of 7-10 days. We would however like to stress this can be shorter or longer depending on the individual needs of your products to be made.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes of course! Please contact us directly to arrange this based on where you are located. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the product arrives into the destination. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order and please note that we are not in control of these prices and they must be paid.
